Bacterin Announces Preliminary Fourth Quarter 2014 Revenue

Fourth Quarter Total Revenue in the Range of $8.9 Million to $9.1 Million, an Increase of Approximately 8-10% Over the Same Period Last Year

BELGRADE, Mont., Jan. 12, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bacterin International Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT:BONE), a leader in the development of revolutionary bone graft material and coatings for medical applications, today announced preliminary unaudited revenue for the fourth quarter of 2014.

The Company is expecting total revenue for the fourth quarter of 2014 to be in the range of $8.9 million to $9.1 million, representing an increase of approximately 8 to 10 percent when compared to $8.3 million reported for the fourth quarter of 2013.

For the year, the Company is expecting total revenues to be in the range of $35.2 million to $35.4 million, representing an increase of 6 to 7 percent compared to 2013 reported revenue of $33.1 million.

"This marks five consecutive quarters of significant year over year revenue growth and a new record for the Company," says CEO, Dan Goldberger. "We have made excellent progress on our sales force reorganization and we are beginning to see positive returns from our investment in sales assets."

The quarterly financial results included in this release are prior to the completion of a review by Bacterin's external auditor and are therefore subject to adjustment.
