On March 24, 2020, Ronald G. Berlin resigned as Vice President, Chief Operations Officer and General Manager of Xtant Medical Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately.
In connection with Mr. Berlin’s departure, the Company intends to enter into a standard and customary separation agreement and release with him, in substantially the form as attached to his employment agreement, pursuant to which the Company will agree to provide him certain severance benefits as provided in his employment agreement, contingent upon his execution, delivery and non-revocation of a release of claims against the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates and compliance with certain covenants contained therein.
